Everything on this site is general information about UK employer sponsorship and job searching. It is not legal, immigration, financial, tax, or employment advice, and it is not a substitute for advice about your own circumstances.

Under section 84 of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999, only a qualified person may provide immigration advice or immigration services in the UK. We are not such a person and we do not attempt to be one.

No relationship is created

Reading this site, or emailing us, does not create an adviser-client, solicitor-client, or agency relationship of any kind.

Sponsor Check purchases

The price shown is a one-off payment for the licence period you choose. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. The licence key is digital content issued immediately after successful payment. Sponsor Check includes a free trial; the paid unlimited access is described on the /get/ page at the time you buy.

Keep the key securely. For a payment, delivery, or activation problem, contact us using the email on this site's contact page and include the email address used at Stripe. Nothing in these terms affects consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a Sponsor Check Pro purchase within 14 days of payment by emailing the address on this site's contact page. State that you are cancelling, and include the email address used at Stripe, the purchase date, and the licence period. We will return the payment to the original payment method. This simple notice can be used as the cancellation form; no particular wording is required.

This cancellation policy does not reduce any separate right to a remedy when digital content is faulty, misdescribed, or not supplied. Because keys are verified offline, a refunded key may remain technically usable until its signed expiry; a refund does not extend that period or create a new licence.

Accuracy and change

We take care with facts and we date them. Even so, the rules, fees, salary floors, and the register itself change frequently, and information here may be out of date by the time you read it. Always confirm against GOV.UK before acting.

Information is provided "as is" and without warranties as far as the law allows.

No guaranteed outcomes

Nothing on this site promises that you will find a job, be sponsored, or be granted a visa. A UK sponsor licence means an organisation is permitted to sponsor; it does not oblige it to sponsor any role or any person, and UK Visas and Immigration decides applications.

No affiliation

UK Sponsor Guide is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the UK Home Office, GOV.UK, UK Visas and Immigration, the Immigration Advice Authority, or any employer, recruiter, or product named on this site. Company names, product names, and trademarks belong to their owners and are used for identification only.

Our commercial position

This site does not accept payment from any third party for coverage. Sponsor Check is our own product, is identified as such in its promotions, and is sold by the company named in this site's footer.
